Job Title:
Maintenance Mechanic Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, electrical work, welding, and residential painting.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Perform electrical work including troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems.
  • Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with residential painting projects to upkeep the appearance of facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal staff and external vendors.
  • Work with logic controllers, schematics, and ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, welding, and residential painting.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers, schematics, and ohmmeters.
  • Ability to fabricate and weld components effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in maintenance mechanics or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Experience with welding techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
