To provide employee and guest safety & comfort, Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping movie theater buildings in good repair. Duties include; Lite Plumbing (must know how to use snake) & Electrical Tile Repair Paint Seat Repair Concession Equipment Trouble Shooting Light Bulb Changes Ceiling Tile Changes Door Closure Adjustment and Repairs HVAC condenser cleaning Five days a week (Monday - Friday) hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm for this position and includes car allowance and fuel reimbursement or Vehicle provided. Coverage area is from City of Commerce to Laguna Niguel to Moreno Valley. Full Time. Must have a valid Drivers License.

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
