$35.00•41.00/hour

Onsite Duration:
16-month contract
Schedule:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM, Fully on-site This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility infrastructure, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of mechanical service calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility and grounds. Independently determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments. Perform skilled trade work, including carpentry and painting, related to the construction, repair, or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs, office fixtures, and floor substrates. Monitor, maintain, document, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including central utilities and generators. Work from sketches, blueprints, and drawings as needed. Act as a liaison to subcontractors. Monitor in-house gas supplies, including nitrogen and argon. Keep stakeholders informed of work progress and communicate any issues within their respective areas. Conduct two daily walkthroughs of the entire facility and report any discrepancies or issues to the Facilities Manager within 30 minutes of discovery. ...
