Job Description
About us Fremont Investment Partners is a small business in Cañon City, CO. We are professional, fast-paced, commercial and residential property management company. Our goal is to provide unparalleled property management services. We do this by recognizing the importance of serving our customers in prompt, friendly and caring manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine home maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of systems found within a home. These may include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of rental properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Perform occasional remodel projects as needed to include flooring, sheet rocking, painting, minor plumbing and electrical.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a residential housing maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
