Job Posting:
Maintenance Technician Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician at Keene at The District. As a Maintenance Technician , you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that buildings and facilities remain safe, functional, and in good condition. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain clean and safe work areas, including janitorial duties when needed Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety codes and company policies Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Assist with building renovations, installations or furniture assembly Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in tight spaces Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate:
$24
  • 26 hr Full-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location Centennial, CO;
Reporting:
direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
