Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with experience in hotel room maintenance, including air conditioning servicing and general upkeep of room amenities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and facilities are well-maintained, functional, and safe, providing guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Service, repair, and maintain air conditioning units (split, window, and central AC systems) to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and fix issues related to room amenities such as lighting, locks, furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they impact guests. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from motel management and guests, prioritizing urgent repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during maintenance work. Communicate effectively with management and housekeeping staff to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to guests. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of repair supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in hotel room maintenance, preferably including AC servicing. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and routine servicing of air conditioning units. Proficient in plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and appliance maintenance. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Physically fit to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
Working Conditions:
