What You Need:

Previous property maintenance, facility maintenance, or handyman experience preferred Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and climbing Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic How the

Day Goes:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs around residential units and community areas Complete work orders for maintenance requests in a timely manner Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs Conduct routine inspections of units and property grounds Help prepare units for new residents (turnovers, minor repairs, touch-ups) Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and equipment Support the team with other maintenance tasks as needed
