We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, and facility repair. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems . Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and specifications to determine repair needs. Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery using appropriate tools and equipment. Inspect, test, lubricate, and replace parts to ensure optimal equipment performance. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records . Collaborate with team members to move or repair machines and equipment. Maintain facilities , including warehouses, production areas, and offices. Safely operate all tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) . Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces . Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions . Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Valid Driver's License required. Five (5) years of experience in a role demonstrating strong mechanical and industrial maintenance skills (preferred). Ability to read and interpret work orders , and communicate effectively in English , both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, switches, AC/DC drive controls, motor controls, and PLC systems . Proficient in the use of hand tools and able to perform basic welding tasks. Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards safely and efficiently. Strong skills in planning, organizing, and working independently or as part of a team . Ability to maintain communication across departments regarding safety, routing, and operations. Demonstrates intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
