Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated technician to perform carpet, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and other soft surfaces using truck-mounted system
• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment
• Inspect systems and surfaces for stains, blockages, damage, or wear
• Move and reset furniture as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vans, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and answer basic maintenance questions
• Collect payments if required
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and work in tight or elevated spaces (e.g., attics, crawlspaces)
• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance
