Hourly until trained then commission based/ Experienced technicians can start commissionJob Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated technician to perform carpet, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.Key Responsibilities:
- Clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and other soft surfaces using truck-mounted system
- Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment
- Inspect systems and surfaces for stains, blockages, damage, or wear
- Move and reset furniture as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vans, and equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and answer basic maintenance questions
- Collect payments if required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and work in tight or elevated spaces (e.g., attics, crawlspaces)
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance
