Schedule:
Full-time work available We are looking for a dependable, experienced Window & Door Installer/Subcontractor to join our installation crew. We primarily handle residential window and door installations, including new construction and replacement projects throughout Western Colorado. We're looking for someone who understands construction, takes pride in quality work, and can be trusted to get the job done correctly without constant supervision. Responsibilities Install residential windows and doors New construction and replacement installations Properly set, level, square, shim, fasten, flash, foam, and seal units Install exterior and interior trim/finish work when required Work with large and specialty window and door units Safely use ladders, pump jacks, power tools, and other installation equipment Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean jobsite Work efficiently as part of a crew Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and other trades Qualifications Window and door installation experience strongly preferred General carpentry/construction experience considered Must be dependable and show up on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to lift and maneuver heavy windows and doors Must have basic construction tools Attention to detail and quality workmanship are extremely important Experience installing Pella or other premium window and door products is a major plus. Compensation Competitive subcontractor pay based on experience and production. There is strong earning potential for an experienced installer who can work efficiently and produce high-quality installations. Consistent work is available for the right person.
