We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to work alongside our Head of Maintenance as we complete tenant improvements and prepare a medical office for opening. This is a hands-on position for someone who can jump in and help get the space finished quickly and correctly.

Work may include:

Drywall repair, patching and finishing Painting and touch-up work Installing cabinets, shelving, fixtures and hardware Doors, trim and baseboards Minor plumbing and electrical-related work within your experience Hanging TVs, dispensers, signage and other wall-mounted items Furniture and equipment assembly General repairs and punch-list items Demo, cleanup and miscellaneous construction work You will be working directly with our Head of Maintenance, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, works efficiently, has their own basic tools, and is comfortable taking direction while also being able to work independently.

Ideal candidate:

An experienced handyman or maintenance person who knows their way around commercial construction and can handle a wide variety of projects. Medical office experience is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
