Job Description
Outdoor Property Maintenance TechnicianPosition Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Outdoor Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential and/or commercial properties. This hands-on position is responsible for keeping outdoor spaces clean, safe, attractive, and well-maintained throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaped areas. Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other unwanted materials from properties. Perform seasonal cleanup, including spring and fall cleanups. Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and basic landscape improvements. Maintain outdoor structures, walkways, patios, fences, and other property features as needed. Operate and properly care for landscaping equipment and hand tools. Identify and report property issues, safety hazards, irrigation problems, or needed repairs. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Provide professional and courteous service to customers and property owners. Perform other outdoor maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, or related experience preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to safely operate basic landscaping tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude and good communication skills. Schedule & Working Conditions Full-time position, with seasonal and overtime opportunities depending on workload. Primarily outdoor work in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions.
