In this role, you'll help maintain and improve the overall appearance and functionality of the market, from painting and repairs to light carpentry and general upkeep. • we promote from within Build skills and grow your career in a supportive environment Key Responsibilities Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep across the property Maintain buildings, food stands, seller spaces, offices, warehouses, rides, and fencing Complete light carpentry and basic repair work Assist with maintenance of carts, wagons, and equipment Support special events and operational needs Assist with snow removal and general cleanup as needed Operate golf carts and company vehicles safely Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid Colorado Driver's License required Minimum 4 years of work experience (maintenance or related field preferred) Experience with tools, equipment, and basic repair work Ability to problem-solve and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to take direction and constructive feedback Strong communication skills and team mindset Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks throughout the shift Work Environment This is a hands-on, active role in a dynamic outdoor marketplace.
