Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning optimally. This includes preventative maintenance such as: changing air filters / batteries in smoke detectors / change light bulbs, etc. Respond promptly to maintenance requests (On-Call) and prioritize tasks based on urgency, including occasional after-hours emergencies which can occur outside of business hours Snow removal as needed Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects Take pride in your work and demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Any and all other maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician Strong decision-making skills and a positive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Access to or ownership of basic tools required for maintenance work Valid and non-expired driver's license, insurance, along with reliable transportation Lift up to 60lbs when necessary to perform maintenance tasks
