This role is essential for maintaining the security and integrity of our operations. You will act as our eyes and ears on-site, ensuring that critical monthly deadlines are met, unauthorized activity is identified, and property standards are upheld. This position requires high integrity, sharp attention to detail, and the flexibility to manage site tasks independently within a strict monthly schedule.
Key Responsibilities Monthly Overlock Operations:
Execute the overlock process for all delinquent accounts.
Strict Timeline:
Operations must commence on the 6th of each month and be fully completed no later than the 10th . Ensure no delinquent unit remains without an overlock past the 10th deadline.
Facility Monitoring & Site Inspections:
Perform thorough monthly site inspections to verify facility security and condition. Proactively check for and identify unauthorized use of storage units (e.g., tenants occupying units not assigned to them). Report any maintenance issues, vandalism, or safety concerns observed during site visits immediately.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain a written monthly checklist of all activities performed during site visits. Capture and submit clear, date-stamped photographs of the facility status during every visit. Provide concise, written reports summarizing site visits and any deviations from standard operations.
Exception Handling:
Immediately report any urgent concerns, security breaches, or schedule conflicts to management. Assist management in identifying and documenting units with unauthorized items or occupants.
Qualifications & Requirements Operational Reliability:
You are consistent, organized, and take full ownership of your schedule to ensure deadlines are met without exception.
Local Presence:
You reside within a reasonable distance of the Pueblo 4415 facility and can reliably access the site as required. Attention to
Detail:
You have an eye for identifying issues—such as incorrect locks, abandoned items, or unauthorized unit occupancy—before they become larger problems.
Technical Aptitude:
You are comfortable using mobile technology to capture high-quality photographs, upload files, and send clear, professional email communications.
Communication Skills:
You are responsive, clear, and proactive in escalating issues immediately. You understand that our "eyes and ears" must provide honest and prompt feedback.
Integrity:
As you will have access to our facility, you must be trustworthy and professional at all times.
