Rotating Days & Nights (24/7 Operation) 🔧 Join a High-Tech Industrial Facility We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced systems including conveyors, robotics, and industrial automation in a cutting-edge environment. If you thrive in fast-paced industrial settings and enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, this is your chance to make an impact from day one. ✅ Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions) At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Hands-on experience with: Automated conveyor systems Industrial automation and/or robotics Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment 🔩 Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems Support a 24/7 high-volume operation Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed 🛠 Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMMS systems Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards Advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems 💼 Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $35.50/hour Medical benefits starting Day 1 401(k) with company match Up to 20 weeks paid parental leave Company-provided FR workwear & composite-toe boots Long-term career growth in a rapidly expanding, high-tech facility ⚙️ Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 49 lbs Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
