This role is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and functionality of our properties. The ideal candidate will be experienced in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general property upkeep, with a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants by addressing work orders promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
complete resident work orders in a timely manner, including basic plumbing (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks), electrical repairs (e.g., replacing outlets, fixing light fixtures), patching, patching, painting, replacing filters etc.
Work Order Management:
Respond to tenant work orders in a timely manner, troubleshoot issues, and ensure repairs are completed to satisfaction.
Property Upkeep:
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs, including cleaning common areas and ensuring building systems are in working order.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Clean up work area after completion.
Emergency Repairs:
Be available for on-call emergencies once a week.

Full-time Pay:
