Maintenance Technician (Morin Corp) Morin Corporation - 3.0 Bristol, CT Job Details $28 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Summary/Objective We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker with hands-on experience performing routine and preventative maintenance on roll-forming and production equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing mechanical and electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Supports equipment testing, analyzes performance issues, and implements corrective actions to improve reliability and process stability. Maintains accurate service records, follows safety and compliance standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior. Troubleshoot issues and perform all repair, modifications, adjustments, and preventative/predictive and routine maintenance on production equipment. Electrical Repairs and/or replacement of control devices, including programmable logic controllers (PLC's), and circuit boards. Assist operation with testing and implementation of equipment. Assist operation with analyzing deviations and definition of machine related corrective actions. Initiate repairs and modifications as a function of continuous improvement and process stability. Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due. Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building. Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance. Follow Compliance requirements per

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or
GED. 3-5
years of relevant building maintenance experience. Preferred Education and Experience Experience doing maintenance work in similar type of environment. 3-5 years knowledge as a multi-craft technician in the following fields: Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and PLC-Strong preventative maintenance background.
