Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and other building systems
- Work with and manage outside vendors and contracts as necessary
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs
Building Engines Skills:
- Must have a Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with outside contractors and vendors
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
