Job Description

MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This role offers excellent wages, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work in climate-controlled facilities. With a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, you will have the chance to grow into a Senior Maintenance Technician position as our current Senior Technician is retiring in two years. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical machine controls, servo motors, chiller units, injection molding machines, and various secondary machines. Diagnose and fix issues with hydraulics and pneumatics. Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic prints and electrical schematics. Maintain records for all equipment, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Manage inventory of replacement parts, wear items, and shop supplies by checking stock and placing orders. General building maintainance.
Outside vendor relations:
Including sprinkler contractor, oil contractor, snow removal Purchase tools, equipment & supplies. Qualifications Strong background in troubleshooting electrical machine controls, servo motors, chiller units, injection molding machines, and various secondary machines. Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics. Proficiency in reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic prints and electrical schematics. Experience with Robots is a plus.
