The right candidate needs to have reliable transportation (a truck is ideal but not necessary), basic tools, and be responsible and hardworking and capable of lifting heavy lumber, concrete and tools. You must enjoy working outdoors. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right candidate. Responsibilities You will assist in the building of high end decks for our clients. This includes all types and styles of decks. You will help with pouring concrete, building beams and framing and the installation of deck boards and railings. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Strong understanding of construction is a plus Experience in construction of decks is a plus The ability to take instruction and apply it to your work A strong sense of pride in your work and a willingness to do things in the best possible way A strong work ethic and an enjoyment of being outside If you are an experienced deck installer looking for a new opportunity where you will have plenty of work, or if you are someone looking to learn a new trade and get into the construction field, we encourage you to apply to this position.
