As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring the physical well-being and safety of our residents Key Responsibilities for a
Maintenance Assistant:
Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems throughout the facility Help maintain the exterior grounds of the facility, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and outdoor maintenance, to create a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, staff, and visitors Perform regular inspections and maintenance on facility equipment, such as elevators, generators, and fire safety systems, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the safety of residents and staff Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, monitoring usage and replenishing stock as needed to support maintenance operations and minimize downtime Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, housekeeping, and administration, to address maintenance-related issues, respond to resident requests, and support the overall functioning of the facility If you are passionate about playing a vital role in ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and well-being of our residents, we invite you to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant.
