What You'll Be Doing:
No two days will look exactly the same. Depending on the day, you may be: Measuring fence projects and verifying layouts before installation Reviewing takeoffs and material orders for accuracy Supporting subcontractor crews with technical questions Performing punch-list items and warranty work Completing smaller repair jobs that don't require a full installation crew Troubleshooting field challenges before they become expensive problems Conducting quality-control inspections Meeting with homeowners to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction Working alongside ownership to improve efficiency and installation quality This is a highly visible role where your experience will directly impact both our customers and our team.
