Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Maintenance Technician with Electrical certification to join our dynamic manufacturing facility team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems across our production environment. Ability to cut and tie in molding machines. and robots. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and minimal downtime. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems using technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting using multimeters such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Repair and replace electrical components, motors, drives, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and industrial equipment to ensure continuous operation. Conduct welding tasks including stick welding to repair or fabricate parts as needed for machinery or structural components. Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance tasks. Valid Master Electrician license with extensive electrical experience including electrical blueprint reading and engineering troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, equipment repair, and troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems including HVAC knowledge for building climate control maintenance. Experience operating scissor lifts or similar aerial work platforms safely within an industrial environment. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately to minimize downtime. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and documentation purposes.
Pay:
$29.45 - $35.46 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
