Job Description
EHM is currently seeking a maintenance technician for a property in Willimantic. This is a part-time position with on-call requirements and overtime options. Professional Requirements Ability to read and write English Experience in maintenance or a related field. Training or experience in some of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, heating, and air-conditioning. Good communications skills, effective interpersonal skills, and comfortable and respectful familiarity with the elderly Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills An independent worker that excels with minimal direction Ability to deal with multiple priorities There will be on-call requirements during nights, weekends, and holidays if resident or building concerns arise.
