Job Description

About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our production environment. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our infrastructure and machinery, directly impacting our ability to meet production goals through proactive repairs and systematic maintenance. Responsibilities Execute scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Perform diverse repair tasks including electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical adjustments to maintain facility standards. Manage the upkeep of exterior grounds, parking areas, and driveways to ensure a professional and safe environment. Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems and other critical building equipment to support continuous operations. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with
ISO 9001
quality standards. Uphold rigorous workplace safety and EHS protocols during all repair and maintenance activities. Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies to ensure team readiness and operational continuity. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in industrial or commercial maintenance. Proficiency in industrial electrical wiring and fixture repair. Strong understanding of workplace safety and EHS management. Preferred Skills Valid forklift certification. Experience with automotive or heavy manufacturing equipment systems. Proven ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
