We are seeking someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works with urgency, and understands that quality matters. If you are the type of fabricator who can read prints, hold tight tolerances, weld clean, and solve problems without being micromanaged — we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Precision fabrication of sheet metal components from blueprints and shop drawings

TIG & MIG

welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and steel Layout, fitting, grinding, assembly, and finishing of fabricated components Operating fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, and other equipment Maintaining high quality standards and dimensional accuracy Working alongside a team committed to producing exceptional finished products What We're Looking For ✔ Experience in precision sheet metal fabrication and welding ✔ Ability to read blueprints and fabricate accurately ✔ Strong TIG/MIG welding skills ✔ High attention to detail and pride in workmanship ✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality ✔ Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Bonus Points For Experience in a custom fabrication/job shop environment Stainless and aluminum welding experience Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills What Hurley Offers Competitive pay based on skill and experience Stable, full-time work Opportunity to grow with a respected fabrication company A team environment where quality work is valued and recognized Not Looking for Average At Hurley Metal Fabrication, we take pride in doing things right.
