We have an amazing opportunity at our brand new construction building located in Newark, Delaware. Our company specialize in residential, student living, and commercial properties, committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with our clients and tenants. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in NEWARK, DE and contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of our New construction building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of the building's systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs on a variety of systems and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance as required, keeping the property in top condition.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and improve building operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential or commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
