The ideal candidate is a well‑rounded professional with strong expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems . This role requires someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance support across our facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure Troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Collaborate with team members to support overall maintenance goals Participate in a biweekly rotating on-call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role Strong skills in plumbing, electrical repair, and HVAC troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Valid driver's license HVAC certification or Electrical License a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive team environment Benefits packages include 401K, medical, dental, and
