  Spherion Gainesville, FL has a reputable, local client seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on skills in preventative maintenance and repairing mechanical, electrical and facility systems.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who responds quickly to maintenance needs, follows safety procedures, and enjoys keeping equipment and work areas running smoothly!

Alachua County, Florida

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 6:30 am
• 3:00 pm
  

Pay Rate:

$18.00

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues.
• Install, assemble, or repair furniture, fixtures, and appliances.

Operations & Safety:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors.

Working hours:

7:00 AM

• 4:00

PM Skills:

• Employee must frequently lift and move over 50 pounds.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1-4 years of related professional work experience is a plus ...
