Job DescriptionDCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bridge Technician with a great attitude and strong ethics. He or she will be responsible for performing the overall maintenance of the bridge maintenance project assigned.
Concrete spill repair.
Railing repairs.
Joint repairs.
Cleaning and painting steel.
Utilize Equipment to clean and grades ditches, drainage structures, highway road shoulders, and slopes.
Repair work including, but not limited to, repair of fences, sign repair, litter debris removal, and other bridge maintenance activities to include emergency response.
Use all equipment safely.
Advanced MOT training.
Must be at least 21 years of age older.
Must have at least one year of experience on the roadway.
Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
Must be able to drag 50lbs for 150 feet.
Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
Must be able to drive standard shift vehicles.
Must have the ability to obtain ATSSA certification in the installation of traffic control.
Bridge maintenance, highway maintenance or construction skills are preferred.
Boating experience is preferred.

QualificationsEducation:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.Experience:
Class A or B cdl is preferred.Must be at least 21 years of age older.
Must have at least one year of experience on the roadway.
