Maintenance Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance procedures on building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
• Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Utilize ohmmeters and logic controllers for diagnostics
• Complete residential painting tasks when required
• Welding tasks for maintenance and repair purposes

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
• Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
• Knowledge of electrical systems and repairs
• Familiarity with logic controllers and ohmmeters
• Experience with residential painting is a plus
