Job Description
TLR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Nexus Brandon, a multifamily community in the Tampa area. In this on-site role, you will handle daily maintenance, repairs, and unit turns, ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues; completing work orders and preventive maintenance; supporting renovations; and participating in an on-call rotation. You'll work closely with a collaborative, resident-focused team committed to integrity, quality service, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow your maintenance and property operations skills.
