Manufacturing company that works with both aluminum and steel are seeking to train a reliable fence and rail installer to join our field crew. You will install fences, guardrails, and related highway safety features—especially in accordance with FDOT specifications. This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Install fence and guardrail systems according to FDOT specifications and project blueprints Operate power tools, post drivers, augers, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely Dig post holes, mix concrete, and securely anchor posts and rails Perform site preparation, measurement, layout, and material handling Comply with all employer's and FDOT safety and installation standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with foremen and project managers regarding daily tasks and timelines Perform site clean-up and equipment checks at the end of each shift Required Qualifications - Will Train Valid Florida Driver's License (CDL preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in fence, guardrail, or highway construction installation, a plus Familiarity with FDOT Standard Specifications and Design Standards (latest edition), a plus Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and safety regulations, a plus Ability to regularly lift 80 to 100 lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and perform repetitive physical tasks Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team Ability to Commute. Willing to travel 75% of time to job sites throughout Florida (per diem may be provided for travel)

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
