Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for machine and facility maintenance and requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Technicians will learn all aspects of facility maintenance with the opportunity to grow into a Maintenance Leadership role, overseeing preventive maintenance projects, parts inventory, ordering, and directing maintenance personnel. This is an active, hands-on position—not a supervisory office role. Candidates should be prepared to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform machine and facility maintenance tasks. Monitor and complete preventive maintenance programs. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed. Assist with inventory control and parts Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical schooling. Valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
