Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, chemically balanced, and properly functioning to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of pool safety, cleanliness, and equipment performance, making a splash in the community every day! This paid position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pool maintenance and water treatment while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain pristine conditions Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure proper pH levels and water clarity Conduct regular inspections of outdoor pool areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly Use hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and routine maintenance tasks to keep pools in optimal condition Qualifications Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment, plumbing systems, and water treatment is highly desirable Ability to handle water treatment chemicals responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards clients and team members Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions; comfort with physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing techniques and troubleshooting pool equipment issues Valid driver's license with experience Join us in creating safe, beautiful swimming environments!
