Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner / Repair Technician and become a vital part of ensuring pristine, safe, and well-maintained aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cleaning, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining pool systems at various aquatic facilities. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to clients while honing your skills in pool chemistry, equipment repair, and system troubleshooting. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, utilize mechanical skills, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain optimal water clarity and hygiene Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure safe swimming conditions Inspect pool plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions; repair or replace components as needed to maintain system integrity Conduct preventive maintenance on pool equipment to extend lifespan and ensure efficient operation Operate company vehicles responsibly while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance needs or repairs required Requirements Proven experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment troubleshooting in aquatic facilities or similar outdoor environments Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment repair techniques Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately while maintaining proper chemical balance in pools Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing procedures to ensure water quality standards are met Experience operating hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating a company vehicle responsibly Outdoor work experience preferred; ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Join us in delivering top-tier pool care by combining your technical expertise with energetic service. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
