Door Installer

Lotspeich Co. of Florida, Inc . is looking for a skilled door installer to join our team. You will be working throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. You must be able to install : Pre-Hung Doors Door Casing Baseboards Knowledge of the following is a plus-training will be provided KD and Masonry door frames Interior and exterior metal & wood doors Concealed and surface-mounted panic devices Closers, concealed and surface-mounted overhead stops All types of commercial locks and commercial hardware Electric hardware and have the ability to troubleshoot any problems You also must: Be proficient in using a miter saw Be proficient in using a nail gun Proficiency in hand and power tools necessary to perform the job Communicate well with customers Read floor plans is a plus Have a pick-up truck to drive to and from job sites Speak English (Spanish language is a plus) Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. participates in E-Verify, is a Drug-Free Workplace, and is an EEO Employer.
