The Punch Out Technician is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and repair of vacant apartments to prepare them for the next tenant, as well as performing general maintenance and upkeep on community common areas and grounds. This is an entry level maintenance position with room for training and growth. Experience is preferred, but is not required.
Job Description :
To be responsible for the cleaning, repair and maintenance of vacant units, as well as the general day-to-day upkeep of the overall community. Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Cleaning of vacant apartments. 2) Perform minor repairs including electrical repairs, plumbing work, carpentry work, appliance repairs. 3) Perform custodial work & grounds work. 4) Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy. 5) Painting & drywall repair. 6) Other responsibilities as determined and delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
