Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Boat Washer / Lot Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our boats, showroom, and dealership grounds clean, organized, and ready for customers. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in your work, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd like to hear from you. Locations (Could work at both locations for training purposes) • Fort Walton Beach (Apply at) • Panama City Beach (Hiring for) Responsibilities Wash, clean, and detail new and pre-owned boats. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership lot and showroom. Keep boats organized and properly positioned on the property. Assist with moving boats as directed (training provided). Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, sweeping, pressure washing, trash removal, and general cleanup. Assist with dealership setup for events and deliveries. Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong work ethics and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Valid driver's license required. Experience with boats, detailing, or general maintenance is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
