Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, and addressing any issues that arise. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. The Maintenance Technician will also engage in interactions with guests and owners, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to the satisfaction of our clients. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on resort facilities, equipment, and systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.). Address and repair guest-reported issues in rooms, common areas, and outdoor facilities. Maintain and troubleshoot appliances, lighting fixtures, and basic carpentry needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and schematics. Ability to fabricate as needed for repairs or improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
