Pool Technician (Experienced)

Duties Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and maintaining water clarity. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to identify issues early. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and service reports. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Assist with chemical balancing to ensure water quality meets health and safety standards. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and others from hazards. Experience Prior experience as a service technician or in a related pool maintenance role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues confidently. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to document work performed clearly and accurately.
