Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician (Training Available), where you will play a vital role in maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming pools. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training to help you develop essential skills in pool maintenance, equipment repair, and cleaning. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying baskets to ensure optimal water quality. Assist with pool water testing and chemical balancing under supervision to maintain safe swimming conditions. Support the inspection and basic maintenance of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and heaters. Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs on pool equipment and systems. Maintain detailed records of service activities, chemical levels, and equipment status for each assigned pool. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment. Learn and adhere to company standards for quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Enthusiasm for learning new skills related to pool maintenance and equipment repair. Mechanical knowledge or interest in working with tools and machinery is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Prior experience as a service technician or in maintenance roles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
