Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community Citigate Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. Learn more about the community here: Citigate ApartmentsAIR Communities utilizes industry-leading maintenance technology that helps technicians prioritize work orders, communicate efficiently, reduce administrative tasks, and resolve resident concerns quickly. Whether you're preparing apartments for new move-ins or troubleshooting maintenance requests, you'll have the tools and support needed to perform at a high level every day.
What We OfferAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including:
Budgeted hourly rate is between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
Monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250 per month.50% Rent Discount available at any AIR Community! Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR Community. Career Growth Opportunities. Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
