Honest Water Co. North Florida is an authorized water treatment provider expanding service across Greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine (Duval & St. Johns Counties). We install NSF-certified whole-home water softeners, carbon filtration units, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems backed by lifetime warranties. We are seeking an experienced plumbing technician or water conditioning installer for steady 1099 contract work, with an eventual path to a full-time W2 lead technician position as volume scales. This role starts at 1-3 installs per week and will ramp up as active marketing campaigns launch. Target volume is 10-20 installs per month over the next 90 days.

What You Will Do:

Install Honest Water Co. whole-home water softener and carbon conditioning units. Install under-sink reverse osmosis systems. Execute clean plumbing tie-ins (PEX, Copper, PVC), system testing, drain routing, and jobsite cleanup. Maintain professional communication with homeowners during on-site installs. Assist in collecting 5-star Google reviews upon successful installation (performance bonuses available). Typical installs take 3-4 hours.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven residential plumbing or water softener installation experience.

Licensing:

Active Florida Master/Journeyman Plumbing license or Water Conditioning Specialty License preferred (or ability to work under a licensed master plumber).

Equipment & Vehicle:

Must have your own reliable truck/van, hand/power tools, and basic plumbing supplies.

Availability:

Ability to accept scheduled installation jobs with 48-72 hours advance notice.

Location:

Based in or around Duval County or St. Johns County.

What We Provide:

$500.00 - $600.00 flat rate per completed installation (rate covers labor and standard installation supplies/fittings). All primary Honest Water Co. equipment, softeners, tanks, media, and RO units supplied directly. Flexible scheduling built around your current contract schedule. Direct path to Lead W2 Field Operations Specialist as team scales.
