Installers work closely with the Lead Installer to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Install impact windows and doors
• Ensure installations are level, square,and set to specific elevations and locations
• Perform proper waterproofing and sealing
• Operate construction tools safely
• Protect customers' homes and property and respect other trades
• Maintain clean job sites
• Communicate professionally
• Complete projects according to company quality standards Qualifications
• 2+ years of window and door installation experience preferred
• Experience with impact products strongly preferred
• Knowledge of construction practices
• Ability to read measurements accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift heavy materials
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude
