You must be willing and able to travel with a trainer during the initial training period. What We Offer 4-day work week (with occasional overtime) Weekends off (except when extra work is required) Company vehicle + fuel (clean driving record required) Competitive pay based on experience Great benefits package for full-time employees Requirements Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in swimming pool equipment repair and diagnostics In-depth knowledge of new and old equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.) Strong understanding of pool chemistry Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff Must be able to work independently Clean driving record (background check required) Duties (Experience with ALL is Required) Diagnosing in-ground pool/spa systems Installing/replacing pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing Heater and heat pump installation and troubleshooting Salt chlorination system repair and diagnostics Automation systems (install and troubleshoot) Drain & cleans , acid washes , and post-renovation start-ups Installation and diagnostics of LED, incandescent, and nicheless lighting Ready to join a professional, family-first company?
