Job Description
The Filutowski Eye Institute is seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings running smoothly and looking great.
What You'll Do:
Help maintain the inside and outside of our medical offices Maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, machine servicing, landscaping, etc.) Support the team in keeping our buildings clean, safe, and welcoming Travel to other locations as needed (Lake Mary and Orlando) Occasionally assist with weekend or after-hours projects/emergency callsWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with a variety of facility maintenance concepts and practices Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, team player Knowledge of Microsoft office software and email. Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, climbing ladders, etc.)Location:
Based in Lake Mary with travel between locations as needed.Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:
