You'll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff. Key Responsibilities You will be the key to our hotel's efficient operations, managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team. Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes. You will report to the Chief Engineer. Starting as an engineering supervisor can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as chief engineer, facilities manager, or even a regional engineering director. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus!
Applicants should have:
A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience Previous experience in a similar or related position A combination of education and experience Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus What You'll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
