Job Description
Sign Production Specialist We are seeking an experienced Sign Production Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on production position for someone who can take a project from concept to completion . The ideal candidate is experienced in design, print production, fabrication, finishing, and installation, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Create and prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Flexi, and other industry-standard software. Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and other sign production equipment. Produce a wide variety of signage including vehicle graphics, wall graphics, dimensional letters, banners, window graphics, ADA signage, and more. Fabricate, assemble, weed, mask, laminate, and finish sign products with attention to detail. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy. Assist with sign installations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Work independently while meeting production deadlines. Support and mentor other production team members when needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sign industry experience. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Flexi, etc. Ability to take a project from customer artwork or concept through design, print production, fabrication, finishing, and installation. Experience operating large-format printers, laminators, vinyl cutters, and common sign shop equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
